Mitch Lazar is presently the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Two Roads Hospitality, the largest operator of independent boutique hotels and destination resorts. In his role, he focuses on expanding the growth of the business through strategic alliances, digital marketing partnerships and integral sponsorships that drive new customer acquisition and increase guest engagement and lifetime value.
     Mitch also serves in board advisory, mentorship and executive coaching roles.
     In May, 2013, Mitch became the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Craftsy where he built and managed more than 100 partnerships with some of the world’s leading brands, publishers and retailers such as Walmart, Michaels, Meredith, Wilton, Lowe’s and King Arthur Flour. In May, 2017, Craftsy was acquired by Comcast NBC Universal.
     Prior to Craftsy, Mitch was Chief Executive Officer of Taptu, a mobile search and tech company in Cambridge, England. Mitch joined Taptu from Yahoo! Europe where he was Managing Director of Yahoo! Mobile helping to build and expand the company’s search and ad business to mobile operators and manufacturers.
     Before his time with Yahoo!, Mitch, a pioneer in digital media and one of the founders of CNN.com, spent 12 years at Time Warner and Turner Broadcasting leading the company’s global wireless initiatives based in Atlanta, Georgia and London, England. He created and launched CNN Mobile in 1997 and later rolled out Cartoon Network mobile services around the globe.
     Having begun his career as a journalist in South Korea and then with CNN, Mitch is a native Miamian, an alumnus of McGlannan School and a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism with an emphasis in computer science.

     Kemi Rattama Edwards is a Miami native, teacher, wife and mother. Although she is also an Eagles fan, she will always be a Hurricane at heart!  Throughout her career as a professional educator, Kemi Edwards has held many teaching positions at the elementary and middle school levels.  Her husband’s career in the pharmaceutical industry has given her the opportunity to teach in a number of wonderful schools including St. Thomas Episcopal Parish School (Miami), Tuxedo Park School (Tuxedo Park, NY) and Oak Knoll School (Summit, NJ) as well as substituting and volunteering in schools throughout the country.  Kemi has served in various capacities for volunteer organizations including the Junior League, Feed America, the Great Valley School District Parent Teacher Organization, Newcomers Club of Huntsville, and Broad Street Ministries. 
     She is an alumna of McGlannan School and Miami’s Palmer Trinity School. She received her undergraduate degrees in Elementary Education and Political Science from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY. 
     Kemi, along with her husband, James and son, John Henry, live in the Philadelphia area and enjoy exploring the abundant history the area has to offer as well as cheering for the Philadelphia Flyers and the 2018 Super Bowl Champions, Philadelphia Eagles!
